NEWS BRIEFS: Youngster to host Xmas party for needy children

FILE PHOTO - The Sandy location of U.S. World Class Taekwondo.Ten-year-old Sandy resident Jackson Clark and his family will host a Christmas party for needy children from 2-5 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 17, at Kidd Island Teriyaki, 37333 Highway 26, in Sandy.

While the event will feature food and holiday festivities, Jackson is asking the community to help bring Christmas to needy children by donating toys. New, unwrapped toys can be delivered to U.S. World Class Taekwondo, 2332 E. Powell Blvd., Gresham; or Kidd Island Teriyaki. Cash donations are also welcome.
