Three Defense Logistics Agency Energy Europe Africa team members joined fellow fuels management professionals from 22 nations for the Petroleum Course at NATO School Oberammergau, Germany, Nov. 20-24.

DLA Energy Europe Africa’s Operations Officer Air Force Capt. Jonathan Wood, International Fuel Agreements’ Air Force Master Sgt. Raymond Carpenter and Liaison to the U.S. Mission at NATO Hank Tomlin participated in the training.
