Each year, WRVO offers many fun events for listeners and members alike. In the past we’ve offered cruises to the Canadian Maritimes and Alaska, tours and productions at local opera venues, day trips to New York City, live tapings of public radio shows, lectures by famed reporters and public radio hard-hitters, and concerts. Irish Splendor, March 2019
Join us for a tour of the Emerald Island on an eight-day journey. After landing in Dublin, the group will head north to the beautiful Cabra Castle in Kingcourt. While in Ireland, you’ll be able to learn about the process of whiskey making, walk the Cliffs of Moher, see many castles and have ample time to wander on your own.
