NOT TO BE MISSED: St George’s Supper, Saturday April 18 in Alciston and Selmeston Village Hall, 7pm for 7.30pm start. This evening is always great fun with a three course dinner plus coffee and chocs to finish. Then there is the music and entertainment which always produces a response of various sounds from the audience adding to the evening’s merriment. We also are fortunate to have the services of the chairman of our local/Seahaven branch of the Royal Society of St George, who will be giving us a short talk about the society and its work. Patriotic dress, not necessary, but red and white would be good if you feel you would like to. Tickets £20 per person. Raffle and the bar will be open. We are offering a vegetarian and non-vegetarian menu. Please let us know if you prefer the vegetarian option when you book. Surplus from the evening will go to Selmeston and Alciston churches.
