5-7 ADA supports NATO operations during Air Defense TACEVAL course

OBERAMMERGAU, Germany – U.S. Army officers from the 5th Battalion, 7th Air Defense Artillery Regiment recently participated in the NATO Tactical Evaluation Course that enables NATO to assess the combat capability of its Surface Based Air Defense (SBAD) units.
The course was held at the NATO school located in the southern Bavarian town of Oberammergau, Germany on Jan. 26-30.
As members of the Armed Forces serving overseas in support of NATO operations, 5-7 ADA Soldiers took advantage of the multi-national training to foster and improve relations with NATO
